Travel Essentials: Passports & Visas – Each tour member is responsible for ensuring that their passport is valid for at least six (6) months from the return date of the trip and that all necessary visas and permits have been acquired. [Koh Lipe Visa on Arrival is inclusive]

Standard Terms & Conditions:

  1. Itineraries, meals, hotels, and transportation are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. ASV (Andaman Secrets Vacation) reserves the right to make changes to or cancel the itinerary at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, especially during peak periods or in the event of a force majeure.
  3. ASV is not responsible for omissions, printing errors, or presentation errors in brochures or any media where such information may be presented. ASV reserves the right to make corrections as required.
  4. Every person participating in ASV’s tours shall travel at their own risk. ASV shall not be held liable to any person for additional expenses that may be incurred due to delays or changes in any transport services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, or other causes.

Andaman Secrets Langkawi-Koh Lipe Tour Additional Terms & Conditions:

  1. Language of Tours: Tours are primarily conducted in English, with some Mandarin translation provided as needed.
  2. Room Accommodations:
    • Each room is designed to accommodate 2 persons, and it generally comes with twin beds unless otherwise specified and subject to availability.
  3. Tour Package:
    • The tour package is designed for 2 persons sharing a room (adult or children). An additional person can either share a room at half the tour rate, additional children (<12) half price, or pay for a full package for 2 persons.
  4. Visa Information (China – PRC):
    • To obtain a 3 months multiple-entry Visa for “Malaysia-Thailand-Malaysia” round trip, please follow these steps:
      i) Check with Malaysia immigration or contact ASV local agency for application assistance.
      ii) Required conditions include:
      • A 10 working days application period.
      • Submission of the first page of your passport.
      • A digital white background photo.
      • The latest bank statement with the traveler’s name and a minimum balance of RMB5,000.
  5. Proof of Arrival and Departure:
    • Please ensure that you have your arrival and departure flight tickets ready for presentation to immigration upon arrival. This will facilitate the verification process.
  6. Pocket Money:
    • It is recommended to carry pocket money of at least USD1,000 or the equivalent currency for inspection by immigration upon arrival. This will help ensure a smooth entry process.
  7. Additional Information:
    • For visitors from China (PRC) and India, it is essential to regularly check the latest announcements regarding visas, especially visa-on-arrival (VOA), on the official Malaysia government website:

Cost Inclusive & Refund Policy

  1. The cost of the Andaman Secrets Langkawi-Koh Lipe Tour package includes multiple-entry visas for Malaysia and visa-on-arrival for Thailand. The fees for self-application or assisted processing remain unchanged and are non-refundable and non-claimable.
  2. Guests are required to indemnify ASV from any issues or complications arising from self-application for visas. No tour package refund is permitted for any delays or cancellations resulting from complications related to self-application visas beyond the refund policy outlined below.
  3. Cost Inclusion:
    Our pricing includes the following:
    i) Accommodation as specified in the package.
    ii) Meals as outlined in the package.
    iii) Transportation as detailed in the package.
    iv) Any applicable entry fees or permits.
    v) Expert guides and interpreters as required
  4. Refund Policy:
    i) A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
    ii) Full payment must be made 7 days before the start of the tour.
    iii) Date changes can be accommodated up to 7 days before the tour’s commencement, subject to availability.
    iv) Cancellation made 14 days before the tour start date incurs a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellation before 7 days of the tour start date incurs a 20% cancellation fee.
    v) Cancellations within 7 days of the tour start date are non-refundable.
    vi) Failure to make full payment before the tour’s start date or a no-show will result in the booking being considered null and void with no refund.

  2. 客人需对因自行申请签证而导致的问题或困难进行赔偿，任何因自行申请签证引起的延误或取消均不在以下所述的退款政策范围内。
  3. 费用包含： 我们的价格包括以下内容： i) 套餐中指定的住宿。 ii) 套餐中规定的餐食。 iii) 套餐中详细列明的交通。 iv) 适用的入场费或许可证。 v) 根据需要提供的专业导游和翻译。
  4. 退款政策： i) 确认预订需支付50%的订金。 ii) 必须在旅游开始前7天付清全款。 iii) 可以在旅游开始前7天内更改日期，视可用性而定。 iv) 在旅游开始前14天取消需支付10%的取消费。在旅游开始日期前7天取消需支付20%的取消费。 v) 在旅游开始前7天内取消的预订是不可退款的。 vi) 未在旅游开始前付清全款或不出席将被视为违约，预订将被视为无效，不予退款。
